Jade Gua Sha

$10.00

Gua Sha is a traditional healing tool originated in China, used for massage. I use this tool on my face and body, on dry or oiled skin. The Gua Sha has given me a greater depth of self massage with less strain on my fingers. Massage is one of the most intimate and powerful ways we can connect with our own bodies. When we can simultaneously allow our minds to surrender to the sensation, massage can be a meditative. Massage can also be freeing, emotional, as we are able to move stuck energy.
Jade is a stone of beauty, enhanced by reducing tension and improving circulation, which brings forth more radiance and vitality.
Massage in the direction of lymphatic flow with gentle pressure and let your body guide you. When massaging your body, massage away from the heart to encourage blood flow to outer extremity’s.
